How Sampling Works

Tell us what you need to pack
Product dimensions and weight, the structure you have in mind, or simply a reference photo. If you are not sure which structure fits, say so — that is what our engineers are for.

We confirm the specification
You get a structure recommendation, a dieline and a written spec covering board, coating, finishing and insert before anything is made.
- 03
The sample is made and couriered
A blank white mock-up shows fit and structure. A printed pre-production sample additionally shows colour, finishing and insert as they will run in production.

You approve on the physical piece
Colour is signed off against a printed draw-down rather than a screen, so what you approve is what ships.
