MOQ is 500 pieces for rigid gift boxes, drawer boxes and corrugated mailers, and 1,000 pieces for folding cartons. Digital printing allows runs from 100 pieces for sampling or limited editions, at a higher unit price.

Sampling takes 5–7 working days. Mass production runs 10–15 days for folding cartons, 12–18 days for corrugated mailers, and 15–25 days for rigid and multi-tier boxes, counted from written approval of the physical sample.

Yes. We produce a physical pre-production sample for every new structure. Sample cost is refunded against the bulk order. Blank white mock-ups for structural evaluation are usually available within 3 days.

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. We accept T/T, L/C at sight and Trade Assurance. Established accounts can be reviewed for open terms after three completed orders.

Yes. Send product dimensions, weight and photos — or the product itself — and our structural team returns a 3D concept and a flat dieline within 2–3 working days. Structural design is free for orders that proceed to production.

Vector files in AI, PDF or EPS with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi or higher, in CMYK with 3 mm bleed. We supply the dieline template; place your artwork on a separate layer above it.

Yes. We print spot Pantone colours on G7-calibrated presses and supply a printed draw-down for approval before mass production. Note that the same Pantone reads differently on uncoated, coated and kraft board — we will show you all three if your range spans materials.

Cutting dies for standard structures are included. Custom shape dies, embossing dies and foil plates carry a one-time charge that we quote up front, and the tooling is stored free for repeat orders.

Food-contact grades are available with food-grade board, low-migration inks and PFAS-free grease-barrier coatings. We issue declarations of compliance to EU 1935/2004 and FDA requirements, plus migration test reports on request.

Yes. We hold FSC chain-of-custody certification and issue a certificate covering your specific order. Recycled-content percentages by weight are also supplied for EPR and plastic-tax reporting.

Yes. Water-based soft-touch varnish replaces film lamination, paper ribbon replaces polyester, and moulded pulp or die-cut corrugated replaces EVA and PET inserts. These builds are designed to pass mono-material recyclability screening in EU markets.

We run ISTA 3A drop, vibration and compression testing on request, at your actual gross weight, and issue the test report before mass production. This is standard practice for e-commerce and glassware programmes.

Every order goes through in-line press checks against the approved draw-down, and an AQL 2.5 final inspection covering print, structure, dimensions and assembly. Photo or video reports are shared before shipment, and third-party inspection is welcome.

We ship EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP worldwide by sea, rail and air, and have shipped to more than 60 countries. Our forwarding partners handle customs clearance and last-mile delivery to your warehouse or 3PL.

Send photos and the batch code within 14 days of receipt. Where the fault is ours we reproduce the affected quantity at our cost and cover freight, or issue a credit against your next order — your choice.
