Privacy Policy

We ask for the minimum needed to answer a packaging enquiry, we use it only for that, and we do not sell it. This page sets out the detail.

Who this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It applies to the enquiry, quotation and sample request forms, and to the technical logs our servers keep when a page is served.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, the same principles apply to whatever you choose to send us.

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to answer a business enquiry. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not ask for payment details at any point.

  • Details you type into a form: name, email address, country, company name, and your message
  • Optional project details you choose to add: product of interest, estimated quantity, and product or box dimensions
  • Whether your message was a quotation request or a sample request
  • Standard server logs generated when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type and the page visited

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use your details for one purpose: to understand your requirement and reply to it. That includes preparing a structural recommendation, a quotation, or arranging a sample.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your enquiry is handled by our own sales and engineering staff. It is processed on our hosting infrastructure, and — once configured — passed to the email service we use to deliver enquiry notifications to our team. Those providers act only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Where it is processed

Our team is based in China, so enquiries sent from the EEA or the UK are transferred outside those areas. Where such a transfer requires a safeguard, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the equivalent UK addendum, with the providers involved.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a project you return to. After that it is deleted unless a live order, a warranty matter or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then discarded.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels.

If website analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand which pages are useful and how enquiries arrive. Any such measurement is described here before it is switched on, and you can block it with your browser's own controls.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over the information we hold about you. To exercise any of them, email us using the address below; we will respond within one month.

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Ask us to restrict how we use it
  • Object to our use of it
  • Ask us to send it to you, or to another provider, in a portable format
  • Complain to your local data protection authority if you think we have got it wrong

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the staff who need it to do their job.

No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords, bank details, card numbers or identity documents through this website — we never ask for them, and we do not need them to quote a packaging job.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle enquiry data, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Material changes will be described rather than hidden in a re-write.
