Product Details
Where a product needs to sit still and be presented well at the same time, a rigid box with a die-cut EVA insert is the usual answer. The foam holds the item away from every wall, and the cavity edge gives a clean line around the product when the lid opens.
Box colour, wrap material, closure and footprint are specified per programme — nothing here is a fixed stock item. EVA density, cavity depth and the number of compartments are set against the weight and shape of what you are packing, and can be combined with paperboard or moulded pulp layers for accessories.

- The cavity is die-cut from your product outline, not selected from a stock shape. Foam density and cavity depth are set against the weight and shape of what you are packing.
- Can accessories sit in the same box?
- Yes. An additional paperboard or moulded pulp layer can sit above or below the main cavity, which is the usual way to keep cables, manuals or refills in a defined position.
- Is the box colour fixed?
- No. Wrap material and colour, insert colour, closure type and box footprint are all specified per programme — nothing in this line is a fixed stock item.
