Custom Printed Corrugated Mailer & Shipping Boxes
E-flute and B-flute mailers engineered to pass ISTA drop testing while carrying full-colour brand artwork.
E-commerce packaging has to survive the carrier network and still look good on camera. Our corrugated mailers use E, B or EB double-wall flute with litho-lamination or direct flexo printing, and are validated against ISTA 3A transit testing on request.
Roll-end tuck-front (RETT), roll-end front-lock (REFL), full-overlap and die-cut shipper structures are all standard, with optional tear strips and peel-and-seal return tape.
