Ex-works price, excluding freight and duty. Freight is charged by weight, so it does not fall per unit as you order more — budget roughly USD 0.15–0.65 per unit depending on size, destination and whether the volume justifies sea freight. Final price depends on dimensions, board, printing and finishing.

Product Details
Transit damage is almost always an insert problem rather than a box problem, because damage happens when the product touches a wall. So we design the insert first: we model your product's fragility, then hold it clear of every face. The box is built around that.
This is why we quote inserts as part of a packaging programme rather than as a line item you source on its own. Once we know what the box has to carry, the choice below is a deliberate trade between cost, protection and recyclability — and it is the single decision that moves damage rates most.

- Do you supply inserts separately from the box?
- We specify the insert as part of a box quotation rather than as a standalone purchase, because the cavity, the board grade and the box dimensions are decided together. If you already have a box from another supplier, send us its internal dimensions and we will tell you honestly whether a retrofit insert is worth it.
- Why do most transit damages come back to the insert?
- Because damage is usually caused by the product touching a box wall. A correctly designed insert holds the item away from every face, which is why we model fragility before choosing a material.
- What are the plastic-free options?
- Moulded pulp and paper honeycomb replace EVA and PET in most applications, which matters where EU packaging rules push towards mono-material fibre packs.
- Do you validate the insert before mass production?
- Drop and vibration test reports are available on request, run at your actual gross weight rather than a nominal figure.
