Product Details
The two-piece lid and base box is the most recognisable premium format in retail. The lid telescopes over a separate tray, giving a slow, controlled reveal that brands use for apparel, footwear, hampers and corporate gift sets.
We wrap every edge by hand-assisted machine so corners stay sharp after shipping. Depths from 20 mm to 300 mm are standard, and lids can be full-depth, half-depth or shoulder-neck.

- What lid depths are available?
- Full-depth, half-depth and shoulder-neck lids are all standard, on box depths from 20 mm to 300 mm. The lid style changes how slowly the box opens, which is worth sampling before you decide.
- Will the corners still look sharp after shipping?
- Every edge is wrapped by hand-assisted machine rather than folded, which is what keeps corners crisp in transit. This is the main reason the format costs more than a folding carton.
- Can it ship knocked down to save freight?
- The lid ships set up, but the tray can be supplied knock-down for self-assembly. Tell us your freight priority and we will quote both ways.
