Custom Packaging Service, From Dieline to Delivered Pallet
You send a product and a target. We handle structural engineering, material sourcing, printing, finishing, assembly, inspection and export documentation — with one project manager accountable across all of it.
The Six-Step Process
Typical total timeline is 3–5 weeks from brief to shipment, of which sampling approval is usually the longest variable.
- 01
Requirements gathering
We collect product dimensions, weight, target market, volume and budget, then confirm the brief in writing before any design work starts.
- 02
Structural design & dieline
Our engineers produce a 3D concept and flat dieline within 2–3 working days, sized to your product with the correct board grade specified.
- 03
Material selection & quotation
Board, coating, finishing and insert options are quoted side by side so you can see exactly what each decision costs per unit.
- 04
Sampling & approval
A physical pre-production sample is made and couriered for approval. Colour is matched against a printed draw-down, not a screen.
- 05
Mass production & QC
In-line press checks against the approved sample, then AQL 2.5 final inspection covering print, structure, dimensions and assembly.
- 06
Logistics & after-sales
We ship EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP worldwide, store your tooling free for repeat orders, and handle any quality claim within 14 days of receipt.
In-House Capability
Nothing critical is outsourced. Printing, finishing, inserts and kitting all happen under one roof, which is why our lead times hold when a subcontracted supply chain slips.
In-house offset & flexo printing
Sheet-fed offset up to 1,060 mm with G7 calibration, plus flexo lines for corrugated. CMYK plus four spot colour stations.
Full finishing under one roof
Hot foil, cold foil, embossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination and water-based varnish — no outsourcing, no lost days in transit.
Structural engineering
CAD sample tables, 3D mock-ups and dieline development, with drop and compression testing before mass production.
Insert & kitting workshop
Die-cut corrugated, moulded pulp, EVA and flocked trays, plus multi-component kitting into the finished box.

Artwork & File Requirements
We supply the dieline template as a layered AI or PDF file once the structure is confirmed. Place your artwork on a layer above the dieline and leave the dieline layer intact — do not flatten it.
- Vector files: AI, PDF or EPS with all fonts outlined
- Raster images: 300 dpi or higher at final print size
- Colour mode: CMYK, with Pantone spot colours named exactly
- Bleed: 3 mm on all sides; keep critical copy 4 mm inside the trim
- Barcodes: supplied as vector, minimum 80% magnification
- Foil, emboss and spot UV: separate 100% K spot-colour layers

Design & Artwork FAQ
- Do you provide structural design if I only have a product?
- Yes. Send product dimensions, weight and photos — or the product itself — and our structural team returns a 3D concept and a flat dieline within 2–3 working days. Structural design is free for orders that proceed to production.
- What artwork file formats do you need?
- Vector files in AI, PDF or EPS with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi or higher, in CMYK with 3 mm bleed. We supply the dieline template; place your artwork on a separate layer above it.
- Can you match a specific Pantone colour?
- Yes. We print spot Pantone colours on G7-calibrated presses and supply a printed draw-down for approval before mass production. Note that the same Pantone reads differently on uncoated, coated and kraft board — we will show you all three if your range spans materials.
- Do you charge for dies and tooling?
- Cutting dies for standard structures are included. Custom shape dies, embossing dies and foil plates carry a one-time charge that we quote up front, and the tooling is stored free for repeat orders.
Start a Custom Project
Step one of the six above is a written brief. Send what you have — dimensions, a reference photo, or just the product — and we will come back with the structural recommendation that starts the process.
