Product Details

A counter display turns a stack of cartons into a merchandising unit. The tray holds product upright at eye level on a till counter, and the printed header carries the message that a shelf edge label cannot.

What drives your unit price

Everything here is made to order, so there is no list price. These four decisions set it:

Structure: A rigid box is hand-assembled; a folding carton is die-cut and glued in one pass. This is usually the largest single factor.
Board and material: Greyboard, SBS, kraft or corrugated behave differently on cost, and specialty paper or fabric wraps sit above all of them.
Finishing: Foil, embossing, spot UV and soft-touch each add a pass. One well-placed process usually beats three competing ones.
Quantity: Make-ready is charged once whether you run 500 or 50,000, so unit price falls steeply across the first few thousand.
