Custom Printed Folding Cartons & Paperboard Boxes

Litho-printed SBS, kraft and FSC paperboard cartons for retail shelf, from tuck-end to auto-bottom structures.

Folding cartons are the workhorse of retail packaging: printed flat, die-cut, glued and shipped knocked-down so you only pay to ship air once. We run 250–450 gsm SBS (C1S/C2S), kraft and FSC-certified boards on sheet-fed offset presses.

Straight tuck end, reverse tuck end, auto-lock bottom, seal-end and window cartons are all standard. Food-grade inks and coatings are available for direct-contact applications.

What drives your unit price

Everything here is made to order, so there is no list price. These four decisions set it:

Structure: A rigid box is hand-assembled; a folding carton is die-cut and glued in one pass. This is usually the largest single factor.
Board and material: Greyboard, SBS, kraft or corrugated behave differently on cost, and specialty paper or fabric wraps sit above all of them.
Finishing: Foil, embossing, spot UV and soft-touch each add a pass. One well-placed process usually beats three competing ones.
Quantity: Make-ready is charged once whether you run 500 or 50,000, so unit price falls steeply across the first few thousand.
