A Packaging Factory, Not a Trading Company
Everything we quote is made on equipment we own, by people we employ. That is the difference you feel when a specification changes late or a shipment date gets tight.
BoxCraft Packaging Co., Ltd. started in 2003 as a two-press folding carton workshop. Twenty years later we run a 12,000㎡ facility covering prepress, sheet-fed offset and flexo printing, hot foil and embossing, die-cutting, gluing, rigid box assembly, insert production and kitting.
What has not changed is how we work with buyers. We ask about the product before we quote the box, we tell you when a cheaper structure would do the same job, and we put the engineer who designed your dieline on the call when something goes wrong.
Today we produce for more than 400 active brands across 60+ countries, from 500-piece launch runs to multi-million-unit retail programmes.

Milestones
2003
Founded as a folding carton printing workshop with two offset presses.
2009
Added rigid box assembly and began exporting to European gift brands.
2014
Moved into a 12,000㎡ facility; achieved ISO 9001 and FSC certification.
2019
Commissioned the corrugated mailer line for e-commerce customers.
2023
Opened the plastic-free packaging line: water-based coating and moulded pulp.
2026
Serving 400+ active brands across 60+ countries.
What We Do In-House
Four capability blocks that keep quality and schedule under one roof.
In-house offset & flexo printing
Sheet-fed offset up to 1,060 mm with G7 calibration, plus flexo lines for corrugated. CMYK plus four spot colour stations.
Full finishing under one roof
Hot foil, cold foil, embossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination and water-based varnish — no outsourcing, no lost days in transit.
Structural engineering
CAD sample tables, 3D mock-ups and dieline development, with drop and compression testing before mass production.
Insert & kitting workshop
Die-cut corrugated, moulded pulp, EVA and flocked trays, plus multi-component kitting into the finished box.
How Rigid Boxes Are Assembled and Inspected
Assembly and final inspection are the two stages that decide whether an order ships on time and on spec. Both are done in house, and both are largely hand-assisted — which is why they are worth understanding before you compare quotations.
