    Project brief

    Share the product, target market, expected quantity and presentation goals. The working scope is confirmed in writing before the project moves forward.

    Structure review

    Box format, dimensions, closure, insert needs and packing method are reviewed against the product and intended use.

    Material & quotation

    Board or paper, printing, finish, insert and packout choices are documented so the quotation reflects the requested specification.

  4. 04

    Sample route

    A blank mock-up, print proof or pre-production sample can be scoped when the project requires one; availability and timing are confirmed per brief.

  5. 05

    Production acceptance

    The approved specification, artwork and acceptance criteria are recorded for the order before production is released.

  6. 06

    Delivery coordination

    Packout, shipping terms and any required documents are agreed for the destination and order before dispatch is arranged.
